Round Gripz Hand Operated
Round Gripz are designed to be a streamlined, cost proficient alternative to large, bulky and expensive roll handling devices.
To Operate: Simply lower the Round Gripz fingers onto the material until the device bottoms out. This automatically unlocks the fingers. Once the device begins to lift, the fingers clamp inward (but do not lift) until they clamp to the product. When the fingers are secure to the product they begin to raise along with the material. |

Return & Exchange Policy
"Money back guarantee if not completely satisfied" returns must be approved prior to being sent back within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. intelitech services will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at liftassist@gmail.com for directions.
Lost/Damaged ProductsThe buyer must notify intelitech services of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered. The buyer is responsible for the following:
Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged merchandise,
Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged, or incomplete, and
Obtaining a signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within one week, check with your bank. Then contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
